"I Have worked in care for over 25yrs and started my career as a Carer in a nursing home here in Braintree. I then spent 11 yrs working in orthopedics at Broomfield Hospital and worked for 6.5yrs in floating support in the community. Working with vulnerable families and drug and alcohol dependent individuals assisting with debt, homelessness, benefits, health and sustaining wellbeing within the family home.

I have a large family which I love, family is everything to me, so it's very important to bring the family atmosphere and values to my place of work. Care is not just about support for our clients but ensuring our staff are feeling supported so they can carry out their role to the best of their ability.

I love spending any free time I get looking after my animals, spending time in the garden with my husband watching movies and baking cakes."
