Our approach
We are a specialist care provider for those living with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. It is our goal to help those we support to live the best life they can, and furthermore to assist them in living it the way they want. Respect, dignity, security and the independence of the individuals we support, as well as the peace of mind and confidence of their families, are at the heart of our ethos and influence everything we do. We make sure that our services are tailored specifically to the needs of the individual and of the highest possible quality, so you can rest assured that your loved one will have the best support and care possible.
With an outstanding reputation since 1997, we can demonstrate more than 20 years’ experience and are at the forefront of national best practice and innovation.

Our service
Poplars offers service users a residential care setting of the highest quality - including individual, en suite bedrooms within a safe, supportive environment. We also offer top quality support to people living with a physical disability or with an acquired brain injury. We provide person-centred services that are designed to support residents in living their best life and gaining greater independence.
The bungalow provides a safe, supportive environment where people with learning disabilities can progress along the pathway to independence.
The service may also be particularly suitable for students leaving a school or college, as it provides an opportunity for small groups of people who know and feel comfortable with each other to stay together. The smaller scale of our bungalow may be more appropriate for some service users than larger residential settings, particularly for young adults launching on the road towards independence as they leave home for the first time.
